This is a two day site visit to help prepare you to develop an Evidence Based Practice. Ms. Naquin developed the Evidence Based Practice Therapeutic Village of Care a residential co-occurring treatment model. She also developed two Best Practices, one for residential substance abuse treatment for pregnant and parenting girls (LifeGivers) and one for a home-visit model of substance abuse prevention for teen girls (Diineegwahshii)

This five day site visit will update your organization or department and create maximum efficiency. It includes staff and client interviews and a review of policies and procedures, accreditation status, billing, quality assurance, departmental structure, and your strategic plan.

This two day on site assessment and training will result in a Cultural Competence Plan. Ms. Naquin convened an international group of indigenous people to develop the Indigenous Cultural Competence Model. The model includes an initial assessment of competence and identifies strategies to improve and achieve optimal cultural competence.
Costs for On-Site Training: $800 per day plus travel, accomodation and per diem
